TATA AIA sought to deliver an innovative, integrated insurance product to their customers through a strategic partnership with Vitality.
I spearheaded collaboration between the TATA AIA digital team and Vitality, ensuring seamless integration of their platforms while prioritizing an engaging, intuitive customer experience.
I led structured workshops with key TATA AIA stakeholders to align on product objectives and deeply analyse their onboarding and solicitation processes. Through these sessions, I mapped end-to-end customer journeys, uncovering key opportunities to elevate the user experience. Using rapid prototyping, I crafted a comprehensive, integrated solution that balanced functionality with high-impact design.
The design and development teams then implemented this solution, delivering a unified digital experience that achieved strategic objectives for both TATA AIA and Vitality.
